This year’s bonus
As part of our community, you will receive a link on Day 1 for my new eBook: Market Driven Farm Product Development. As a companion to my presentations on Day 7, We will be exploring the concept of market driven product development for your farm’s sales and client building. I’ll explain how determining market size, supply chain, distribution, product development, beta testing , promotions, soft launches, and developing a web of products has given my operation multiple streams of year round income. This is an agricultural and culinary exercise on Lean Start Up and Boot Strapping to begin bringing in income as fast as possible.
You can build a farm and hope people come, or you can build a farm for your clients through research. You can also take your existing operation and see where you need to go next based off of your client’s needs.
These are the same principals I used to launch our salad subscription service, introduce add on products, bring added value products to our farmers market, and launch our food truck in just 33 days. It is how we sell out special events, entertainment & educational farm events, and manage catering opportunities. This is not fluff theory, this is proven business and marketing strategies that I implement daily to manage my companies.
